Did you know that it’s a good idea to you provide your wedding DJ with a Song Playlist before the wedding?

Give your DJ (or live entertainer) a list of the songs you would like played at the wedding for the significant parts of the reception such as the entrance of the bridal Party, the bride and groom, the cutting of the cake, the first dance and if you intend to have one, for the parents’ dance; mother/son; father/daughter dance.

Alternatively, we also recommend giving them a list of songs you do not want played on your special day.

If you wish you can also suggest songs for the throwing of the bouquet, the garter removal and the throwing of the garter. But most times, the DJ can select something appropriate and fun for these.
