Q) Is this an actual photo booth machine?
A) We do not provide a photo booth machine.  A professional photographer will be taking each photo which means that you can be guided appropriately or even retake a photograph if someone's eyes are closed or wasn't ready for the photo.

Q) Are photos instantly printed?
A) Yes, photos will be printed instantly, making it the ideal token for guests at your event.

Q) Can the photos be customized?
A) We can fully customize all photographs with the name of couple getting married or name of event, colour scheme, theme of the event etc. For corporate events, we can put your corporate logo, brand or slogan on all photos, ideal for marketing and promotions.

Q) Will I also receive digital copies of photos?
A) We will provide all photos on CD or on flash drive or we can upload them to our password protected website where they can be downloaded with one click.

Q) What are the different sizes of prints that you offer?
A) We offer three sizes of high resolution prints.   The sizes are the standard 4''x 6'' size, 5''x7'' and 8''x10''.

Q) What do I need to provide for you at my event?
A) We will need:
- 2 tables
- 2 chairs
- access to an electrical outlet (we will walk with an extension cord if necessary)


Q. What is your cancellations/refund policy?
We only accommodate one booking per day so once a downpayment is made we will not take any other bookings for that day.  If a cancellation is made, we may have turned away other bookings.  As such, in the case of a cancellation, we will determine, based on each individual circumstance, whether to issue a refund or if to credit the client with another service or on another day.

Q) How do I make a booking?
